1. Hands-on & Fun Florentine Craft Workshops

Intensive, hands-on courses presented in partnership with FF-Tour:

Marbled Paper: A workshop dedicated to the traditional Florentine technique of creating intricately decorated paper.

Artisanal Leatherworking: An accessible and fun workshop to learn the fundamentals of leather crafting (cutting, punching, and hand-stitching with the saddle stitch). You will create custom small accessories while mastering every detail, from skiving to edge burnishing.

Perfume Making: A fun, dynamic 1-hour session where you design your own signature fragrance—ideal to pair with language lessons.

2. Theoretical Courses in Italian History and Culture

Intensive, engaging seminars designed for anyone looking to deepen their knowledge of Italy’s artistic and historical heritage:

Renaissance Art History: A 2-hour slide-assisted overview highlighting the master painters and sculptors who made Florence the cradle of the Renaissance.

History of Florence: A 3-hour module (divided into two sessions over one week) tracing the evolution of the city.

20th-Century Italian History: An in-depth look at the roots of modern-day Italy.

3. Italian Language Courses at Parola School in Florence

The Italian language courses at Parola School in Florence are designed to offer flexible, communicative, and personalized learning in a welcoming, intimate environment.

The school is located in the heart of Florence‘s historic center, at Borgo Santa Croce 17.

Teaching methodology and structure: CEFR Level System: Courses cover all 6 levels of the Common European Framework of Reference (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2).

Proprietary learning materials: The school uses original grammar textbooks and workbooks developed in-house by its team of native-speaking teachers.

Small class sizes: Group classes require a minimum of 3 participants and are kept small to maximize conversation time, with an average of 7 to 8 students and no more than 12 students per class.
